The Starting Point

Lars Mischok covers five quite different service areas under XLEISTER for property owners and managers in Dresden: caretaker services, garden work, cleaning, handyman work and winter service. The old website could neither show this range clearly nor hold up on a smartphone – a real problem, since winter-service inquiries typically happen on the spot, on mobile, the moment the first snow hits the ground.

The Solution

1. Five services, one clear structure

Instead of one long page of running text, each area – caretaker service, garden work, cleaning, handyman work, winter service – got its own icon-led overview. Visitors immediately see whether their need is covered.

2. WordPress as a tool, not an obstacle

The site runs on WordPress with Elementor as the builder, but tailored individually – without the loading-time issues Elementor sites often bring along.

Self-service updates: Texts, services and price tables can be updated without a developer.
LiteSpeed caching: Server-side caching keeps the site fast despite the builder underneath.

3. Mobile-first by design

Price tables and contact options are optimized for on-the-go use – crucial when an inquiry comes in while someone is standing in the snow in front of their own house.
